Terms of Service

CTIScanner is a cyber threat intelligence platform that observes the public internet to surface external exposure related to your organization, such as lookalike domains, leaked credentials and internet-facing systems. We provide the service on an as-available basis and may change or discontinue features over time.

You may only use CTIScanner against domains, assets and organizations that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to monitor any target you add. Misuse of the service for unauthorized surveillance or intrusion is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful. See our Responsible Use policy for details.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts are scoped to a tenant, and you must not attempt to access data belonging to another tenant.

You agree not to:

• monitor targets you do not own or have permission to assess;
• use the service to facilitate intrusion, fraud or harassment;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or circumvent the security of the platform;
• resell or expose the service to third parties without consent.

Intelligence gathered for your tenant remains yours. We do not sell it or hand it to third parties to store, index or resell. Our use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

CTIScanner surfaces signals about external exposure but does not guarantee that it detects every threat, nor that any finding is complete or accurate. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, and findings should be validated before you act on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTIScanner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
